- Dress for weather: Swim suit, spandex, Polypro Underwear, Wool Hat, sunblock, Dry clothes for ride home, Sneakers or River Sandals. Come Prepared this always make day more enjoyable.
- DO NOT WEAR COTTON ONCE IT IS WET IT NO LONGER INSULATES
- Lunch and plenty of non alcoholic drinks
We also rent wetsuits. Full Suit $12, half suit $6, boots $5, Mittens $3. Wetsuits are required for certain weather and water conditions
